Of course recognize that this Craigslist information is useful by itself. But combine Amazon books with cruising maps or tourism information... what about boats for sale with maps? Where does your passion and information needs lead you?

I agree. The best navigation on a site is the one we don't notice but that gets us where we want to be when we want to be there. Content is king. Navigation should not be so sexy that it detracts from where we want to go. Yet when we do want to go there - it should be there to point the way.

An incredible use of technology for disaster communication cobbled together overnight by a couple of kids in Austin Texas. The use of the Google map API combined with some simple database technology MySQL I imagine since PHP is being used to drive the thing.
