A friend sent me this headline with the subject line -Eerie. It wasn't. It was vindication of something that had been tickling at the edge of the news stories for the last several days. Laid out 3 years ago in destructive detail - with a damming indictment of the Administration and of Congress.

The line that caught me was that this is the third most catastrophic disaster that can happen in the US. We all know about California and terrorists but how many knew of the third on the list? Absolutely amazing!
